Broads Bars is a Mobile Bar Service based in Norfolk and serving the East Anglia Area. We provide a reliable, professional, Hasstle free Bar for your Wedding, Corporate Event, Charity Event, Fair or Fete or party of any kind.

Our aim with Broads Bars is to take as much of the stress of your event as we can off your shoulders! Simply put we will do the work for you! We provide drinks from our extensive, reasonably priced menus or we can tailor these to supply any particular drinks you want. We will handle the licence as well as bringing the bar, drinks, any glassware (either glass or disposable) and our polite, friendly staff, so all you have to do is grab a drink and enjoy your party.

HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

We are confident that we can provide The perfect mobile bar for every occasion! By using local and micro breweries as well as the more commercially well known brands we aim to bring you a wide range of Beers, Ciders, Wines, Spirits, Liquors, Cocktails and Soft Drinks.

We organise bars for all types of events including Weddings, Festivals, Charity Fundraisers, Corporate Events, Fetes and Fairs and Parties of all kinds.

Payment by either Cash, Card or Bank transfer for Pre Payments.

We offer several packages to suit all needs and budgets.

PAY AS YOU GO BAR

This is our standard package, where your Guests order and pay for their drinks as they go.
We supply the bar, the drinks, the glasses (either glassware or disposable), the staff and handle any licensing necessary.

PRE PAID

Similar to our Cash Bar option but the Pre Paid option allows you to pre pay for drinks up to a set amount of your choosing after which your guests simply buy there drinks from the bar as they would for the Cash Bar option.

OPEN BAR

Once again we provide the bar, all the drinks, the glasses and the staff as well as the licence but your guests do not need to pay for their drinks. We will keep a tab open for you and you simply settle the balance at the end of your event (please note Terms and Conditions apply).

We try to keep our prices at around local pub levels - please ask us if you would like to see any of our menus and pricelists.

After more than 25 years in the hospitality industry from Hotels, Restaurants and Bars to Nightclubs and Event Management we realised that we loved a party and to help other people party, so we set up Broads Bars so we could help you with your parties and functions.

It also allowed us to help another of our passions which is organising and participating in charity events. To this end not only do we serve at many charity events through the year but we also donate 50% of our profits to help a local group fund their own charity events, raising money for a wide range of charities including the East Anglian Air Ambulance, NABD, RNLI, East Anglia Children's Hospice and many more.
